Kornitzer Capital Management Inc. (KCM) is the founder and manager of the Buffalo Funds. KCM, founded in 1989 by Mr. John C. Kornitzer, as a full service investment management firm located in Mission, Kansas, a suburb of Kansas City. John Kornitzer's 35+ years of investment experience is coupled with the broad background of a talented and experienced portfolio management and research team. KCM manages separate accounts for high net worth individuals, corporations, pensions, colleges and foundations, trust commingled and common funds, and 10 Buffalo Funds.

1989	Kornitzer Capital Management (KCM) founded by John C. Kornitzer
1994	KCM launched the Buffalo Funds with Buffalo Balanced Fund Great Plains Trust Chartered
1995	Opened three more funds: Buffalo High Yield, Buffalo USA Global (recently renamed Buffalo Growth) and Buffalo Large Cap
1998	Buffalo Small Cap opened
2001	Opened two additional funds: Buffalo Mid Cap and Buffalo Science and Technology
2004	Buffalo Micro Cap opened
2006	Buffalo China Fund opened
2007	Buffalo International opened
