Mr. Kornitzer founded KCM in 1989, and is President and Portfolio Manager working with both equity and fixed income portfolios. He has over 37 years of investment experience, including portfolio management for several Fortune 500 companies. Mr. Kornitzer received his degree in Business Administration from St. Francis College in Pennsylvania.

Mr. Gasaway is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 1991. He is a Portfolio Manager, working with both equity and fixed-income portfolios. Previously, Mr. Gasaway spent 10 years with Waddell & Reed mutual fund group and has over 24 years of investment experience. He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Kansas State University.

Mr. Male is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 1997. He is a Portfolio Manager, working with equity portfolios. Previously, Mr. Male was a senior equity securities analyst with USAA Investment Management Co. and Waddell & Reed mutual fund groups. He has over 19 years of investment experience and holds an M.B.A. from Southern Methodist University and a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Kansas.

Mr. Sarris is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2003. He is a Portfolio Manager, working with equity portfolios. Prior to joining Kornitzer Capital Management, he was with Waddell & Reed in Overland Park, Kansas, for 12 years. He holds a B.A. from the University of Wisconsin and an M.B.A. from the University of Minnesota.

Mr. Kornitzer is a CFA charterholder and re-joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2004 as a Portfolio Manager, working with equity portfolios. He was previously at USAA Investment Management Company, a worldwide insurance and diversified financial services association, most recently as an executive director and Portfolio Manager. He also worked in Moscow and New York in the corporate finance and valuation group of Ernst & Young. His prior experience at Kornitzer Capital Management was as an equity analyst. Kornitzer received his MBA from Drexel University in Philadelphia and his B.S. in Finance from Virginia Tech.

Mr. Bichelmeyer is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2005. Mr. Bichelmeyer serves as Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst working on equity portfolios. Prior to joining KCM, he was an analyst and portfolio manager with Trilogy Global Advisors (formerly BPI Global Asset Management) in Orlando, Florida from 1997-2005. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Finance from Creighton University.

Dr. Jones is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2003. She is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager working with equity portfolios. She was previously a research analyst with Bank of America Capital Management. Jones received a B.S. from Georgetown University, M.D. from Vanderbilt University, and a M.B.A. from Arizona State University.

Mr. Brethour is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2000. He is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager working with equity portfolios. He was previously with Security Benefit Group and Dain Rauscher Wessels. Brethour holds a B.S. in Business-Finance from Kansas State University.

Mr. Carlsen is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2004. He is a Research Analyst and Portfolio Manager working with equity portfolios. Carlsen was formerly senior equity research analyst for technology at Strong Capital Management, Inc., in Milwaukee, and also worked for Northern Capital Management, Inc. Carlsen received a B.S. in finance and investments from the University of Wisconsin.

Mr. Sitzmann is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2002. He is a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst, working with both fixed income and equity portfolios. His previous experience was with Banc One Investment Advisors, Anthem Inc. and Duff & Phelps Inc. Mr. Sitzmann holds a B.B.A. from the University of Toledo and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.

Mr. Dlugosch is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2002. He is a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst, working with equity and fixed income portfolios. His previous experience includes work at Antares Capital Corporation and LaSalle National Bank. He holds a B.S. in Business from the University of Iowa.

Mr. Hancock is a CFA charterholder and joined Kornitzer Capital Management in 2002. He is a Portfolio Manager and Research Analyst working with both equity and fixed income portfolios. His previous experience includes work as a private equity analyst at ClearLight Partners, LLC in Newport Beach, CA and as an analyst in the investment banking division of Salomon Smith Barney in New York, NY. He holds a B.A. in economics from Dartmouth College.

Ms. Kornitzer is a Research Analyst working with equity portfolios. Her focus areas have included pharmaceuticals, medical diagnostics and biotechnology; she is currently on the International team focusing on European equity securities. She has over five years of investment experience and holds a MA in French Cultural Studies from Columbia University and a BA in Biology from the University of Pennsylvania.

Mr. McCarthy founded the Sub-Advisor to the Buffalo Jayhwawk China Fund in 1995. Since inception, Mr. McCarthy has been President of the Sub-Advisor, and is a portfolio manager of its private funds. Prior to founding the Sub-Advisor, Mr. McCarthy spent 10 years as an investment professional for Goldman Sachs. Mr. McCarthy holds a B.S. in Accounting and Business Administration and an M.S. in Taxation from the University of Kansas, and earned his Masters in Business Administration from Stanford University. Mr. McCarthy serves as portfolio manager of the Buffalo Jayhawk China Fund.
